What to Wear
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, and see the description of your class or course to find out what shoes to wear, or if it’s better to take part in bare feet. Please note that outdoor trainers may not be worn in the studios, so please bring clean, indoor dancing trainers if you’re not going to dance in bare feet.
Dance is a naturally strenuous exercise and participants should take responsibility for ensuring that they are fit to take part. If you have any health concerns or are pregnant please seek advice from your doctor before attending. If you have a previous injury or experience any discomfort or pain during your class, please inform your tutor.
Food and Drink
No food or drink, other than bottled water, may be taken into the studios.
For health and safety reasons, latecomers may not be admitted 10 minutes after class has started.
